Dennis Oman Realty was started in 1989 by Dennis and Marion Oman and sold to Stu & Angela Simonson in 2009.
A word from Angela:
I grew up on Kodiak Island (AK) and my husband, Stu, grew up on Vashon Island (WA). We married in 1990. From then until 1998 we moved all over WA, OR & HI before landing here on the coast. The first time we saw this place we knew this is where we wanted to live and raise a family. We bought our first home through Dennis Oman Realty in 1998. My husband started his construction business “Simco, Inc.” in 1999. I have many years of customer service experience; 10 of those in the escrow business. I strongly believe in excellent customer service! We had our first child in 2001 & after taking a year off with her, I decided that selling real estate was the next logical step. I started working for Dennis in 2002. I really enjoy selling real estate here – it’s easy selling people on something that you love and/or believe in. We love the outdoors and living near the ocean. We thoroughly enjoy raising our kids, spending time with them and watching them grow up. When Dennis offered to sell us the business in 2009, we only thought about it for a week. It was a perfect fit and a great opportunity for us. When we made the decision we knew we were committing ourselves to investing our time and money in this community and we want nothing more than to see it thrive. The growth and wellness of our community is very important to us. Dennis and Marion have been very supportive and helpful. We are very excited to see the growth and changes that are and will be coming to Dennis Oman Realty.
